Preheat oven to 350 degrees (convection oven to 325 degrees).
Makes 1 loaf.
1/2 cup softened butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups ripe banana (about 3-4 bananas)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 Ivéta Vanilla Cupcake Mix
OPTIONAL (for top, to taste)
finely chopped nuts
1. Beat brown sugar and butter.
2. Add eggs and bananas. Blend until smooth.
3. Slowly add Cupcake mix and then walnuts until all the dry ingredients are incorporated.
4. Pour batter into a greased 8.5 x 4.5 standard loaf pan. Sprinkle top with optional ingredients.
Bake 45 - 50 minutes (convection oven 35 - 40 min)
Remove from oven and let cool 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
