Wholesale Foodservice Yields

All wholesale Iveta Gourmet baking mixes are available in foodservice packaging in 3 sizes: small, medium and large.

Scone Mix

Small – 1 cup heavy whipping cream, makes 8 scones
Medium – 4 cups heavy whipping cream, makes 32 scones
Large – 12 cups heavy whipping cream, makes 96 scones

Muffin Mix

Small – 1/2 cup oil, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 2 eggs, makes 12 muffins
Medium – 2 cups oil, 2 cups buttermilk, 8 eggs, makes 48 muffins
Large – 6 cups oil, 6 cups buttermilk, 24 eggs, makes 144 muffins

Biscuit Mix

Small – 1 cup heavy whipping cream, makes 8 biscuits
Medium – 4 cups heavy whipping cream, makes 32 biscuits

Cupcake Mix
